When Will My Product Be Delivered?
The delivery time is influenced by the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically requires 7-10 business days. For faster delivery, please opt for an express shipping choice.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours (excluding customized and handmade items). You can track your package through our order tracking page. Packages are scanned at different stages during transit, and it’s normal for 24-48 hours to elapse between scans.
Is It Possible for Me to Cancel My Order?
Requests for cancellation or changes can be made within 12 hours of your order placement. Once this period concludes, the order is processed and dispatched to the warehouse. Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in a 1% fee. Replacements come at no cost, but please note that they will extend shipping by 1-2 days. Once ordered, customized and handcrafted items are final and cannot be canceled or altered.

What Are the Available Shipping Options?
We provide two shipping choices:
Standard Shipping: It is offered for all orders within the contiguous U.S., as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery usually occurs within 7-10 business days; however, our shipping partners do not provide guarantees on specific timings.
Faster Shipping: It is completed within 6 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. Orders submitted by 12 pm ET (9 am PT) will be delivered in 6 business days.
